Real-Time Voltage & Current Measurement — Delivered-Pulse Diagnostics

Advanced Monitoring & Control

A pulse generator can tell you what it was told to deliver. Real-Time Voltage & Current Measurement tells you what it actually delivered — the voltage and current at the output, measured during every pulse, not just the setpoint it was given.

This matters for two reasons: it's what makes results reproducible, since what's on record is the delivered amplitude, not just the programmed setpoint. And it's a first check — pulse by pulse — that what actually happened matches what you expected, before you draw any conclusions from the results. Both checks are built into the generator itself, not bolted on afterward with external test equipment.

You already know measurement matters — but setting it up yourself is its own headache. High-voltage, fast-pulse measurement equipment is expensive, and wiring external probes into your setup without disturbing the pulse you're trying to measure gets messy fast. This capability gives you basic voltage and current monitoring built into the generator itself, without needing to source, install, and calibrate peripheral measurement equipment on top of everything else.

Both voltage and current are measured at the generator’s output. That information is displayed on the integrated GUI for every pulse.

What’s shown is what was actually delivered, not what was programmed — a direct, pulse-by-pulse way to confirm the two match, with nothing extra to set up or connect.

This gives fairly quick feedback right after the pulses have been executed, without waiting on a separate analysis step.
